Who I am

What I hold, and where from

Your name, job title, employer, work email address and whether you replied. Taken from Apollo.io's business-contact database and your firm's website. Nothing from you.

Why, on what basis

To send one email offering a report about a company your firm owns. Legal basis: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). My assessment is on file and I will send it on request.

Who else sees it, how long

Nobody. Sent through Google Workspace; no list is sold or published. Kept 12 months from the last email, or permanently on a suppression list if you ask me to stop.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and an absolute right to object to marketing at any time (Article 21(2)). I act within one month. Reply "no" to any email and I delete you.

Directors named in reports

Names and dates are quoted from the Companies House public register. Same basis, same rights.
