What Holdclock holds, and where from

Your name, job title, employer, work email address and whether you replied. Taken from Apollo.io's business-contact database and your firm's website. If Holdclock sends you a private report link, also the time that link was opened (the time only), so Holdclock knows the report reached you.

If you use the form on this website

The form asks for the company you want a report on, your name, your work email, your firm (optional) and what you need. It is sent to Holdclock by email so Holdclock can reply and send the report you asked for. Nothing from the form is stored on the website. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a possible contract, and legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). The email is kept 12 months from Holdclock's last reply, then deleted.

Why, on what basis

To email you, at work, about research and analysis relevant to your job: reports on UK companies, buyer lists, and loan and ownership data from public filings. At most one follow-up, unless you reply. Legal basis: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Holdclock's assessment is on file and will be sent on request.

Who else sees it, how long

Nobody. Sent through Google Workspace; no list is sold or published. Report files and link-open times are stored with Vercel, Holdclock's web host. Contact details are kept 12 months from the last email, or permanently on a suppression list if you ask Holdclock to stop. Link-open times are deleted after 90 days, and a report link stops working after 30 days.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and an absolute right to object to marketing at any time (Article 21(2)). Holdclock acts within one month. Reply "no" to any email and your details are deleted.

Directors named in reports

Names and dates are quoted from the Companies House public register. Same basis, same rights.
